Important Applicant Information!!

     To attend a walk you must have a sponsor who has attended a Walk to Emmaus weekend.  Your sponsor          will help you fill out the form and send it to the registrar.

Download and complete the Cedar Rapids Walk to Emmaus Registration Form to register for a walk. You can print this form out and fill in information by hand or open the form in MS Word and fill in information using your computer. Please read the Information for Sponsors as you will need a sponsor for your walk.
